Shop Policies

PAYMENT


I accept PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards.
Please note: Items will be shipped only after payment has cleared.
If you are having trouble processing your payment, please contact me at info@engraversdungeon.com and I will be happy to help you through the process!


SHIPPING

Please allow us 3-5 days for shipping. For custom orders I will keep you updated throughout the process as to your item's estimated ship date.


All orders are shipped with tracking code and insurance.

The usual delivery time from:
-Spain to USA, Canada, Australia is about 10-12 days
-Spain to most European countries is about 5-7 days

+allow time for customs to inspect the package

Phone cases: if your case doesn't arrive within 30 days we'll send you a new one completely free of charge.

Please note, international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT (Value Added Tax) fees which may arise. Customs duties and VAT fees are wholly separate from shipping costs and cannot be predicted, altered or payed by the seller. Please be aware of your country's tax policies before ordering.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


If you wish to return an item please contact me immediately.

Our phone cases are little pieces of artwork. Most of them are hand painted.Although it does protect the phone (the sides and the rear) we do recommend you apply a screen protector, and please keep it away from direct and long exposure to sun, humidity, animals and high speed particles created from fission of the atom. Please understand I cannot be responsible for bumps, drops, hungry pets or angry enemies. Indeed, the case rear is made of wood, not titanium.


We have a 10 day return policy which begins once the item(s) has(ve) been received by you.
All items are sent out in perfect condition and packed well and must be returned in the same condition. After we receive the item you'll get a refund with a restocking fee of 15% of the total.

Returns & Exchanges for Phone cases:

If you change your mind, then you can simply send it back within 10 days for a refund.

The refund amount will have a logistic fee of $9.

Postage cost of returning is on the buyer.


Custom orders:
There are no refunds on custom pieces, (including the posters with custom message, unless there is our mistake in text).
Please remember, that if you are not satisfied with the item you received, please write to us and we will do our best to find a “win-win” solution as soon as possible.

Refund policy applies to only non-custom made items.
